An English help

Hello brothers and sisters
I'm an english high school teacher ,I've just finished my training period..so I ask all the members why don't we share our ideas about the whole process of teaching especially for biginners to help each other..in condition which is bringing the newest ways and techniques related to the Competency based approach as the adopted method in algeria...
